Legal Notice — School Day Photography

Blueprint Portrait Company provides school photography services in partnership with participating schools.
By purchasing school day photographs, you acknowledge that:
- Packages and products are subject to the pricing and options shown on the order page.
- Applicable sales tax will be added where required.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled through Blueprint Portrait Company and its professional photography lab partners.
- Delivery or pickup times are estimates and may vary due to production or shipping delays.
- Because photographic products are custom-produced, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of damage, defect, or where required by law.
- If your order is received damaged or contains an error, please contact Blueprint Portrait Company promptly so we can assist with a resolution.
- Purchasing photographs does not transfer copyright ownership. All images remain the intellectual property of Blueprint Portrait Company unless otherwise stated in writing.
- School photography images are collected and used for the purposes of providing photography services, fulfilling orders, and supporting applicable school or yearbook requirements.
